How far ahead of my trip should I retain your services?

As soon as you’ve made the decision to travel! For best results, please reach out at least 60 days prior to your trip. If your trip is within 30 days, please set up a consultation. In some cases, a rush fee may be applied.

What should I expect with the full-service planning process?

  1. We start with an initial consultation meeting to talk through budget and expectations for the trip.

  2. A’Rie sends over a draft itinerary with a curated selection of available accommodations, activities, and restaurants that align with your wishes and budget.

  3. We review the itinerary and related expenses to tweak to your liking and finalize the itinerary.

  4. You complete a credit card authorization form and A’Rie coordinates with suppliers to confirm all bookings for the itinerary.

  5. Show up to the airport and enjoy your trip!

What’s included in full service planning?

  • Initial consultation call and ongoing communication throughout the planning process

  • Curated destination and accommodation recommendations

  • Itinerary for alldays of travel with activities, experiences, and dining recommendations

  • Flight recommendations aligned with your preferred departure city

  • Selection and booking of accommodations

  • Coordination of all ground and inter-city transportation, including rental cars if needed

  • Management of all reservations, contracts, and supplier communication

  • Access to the itinerary app

A’Rie can also arrange photography, decor, private dining/chef services, and surprises like proposals!

Do you work with all budgets?

For full-service planning, a minimum total trip budget of $5,000 is required. This is a starting point and may be higher for more expensive destinations. For stand-alone hotel bookings, a minimum budget of $2,500 for the stay is required. For cruise and excursion-only bookings, A’Rie can recommend a budget for your destination.

I’m planning a group/bachelor/bachelorette trip! Can you help with that?

Absolutely! Prior to requesting a consultation for your group, please have a firm estimate of total group attendees and an agreed upon budget per person.

What about room blocks for wedding or other events?

Absolutely! Arranged by A’Rie will find the perfect hotel or resort for your event and liaison with the Sales Director to make sure you have everything you need to execute a smooth event.

Can you book Airbnb or VRBO?

Arranged by A’Rie is not able to book or recommend homes through these platforms. If you’re interested in a home or villa rental, A’Rie partners with a slew of amazing companies that offer professionally hosted and vetted home rentals with inclusions like concierge and chef services. If you prefer to book an Airbnb on your own, A’Rie is happy to help you with itinerary planning and excursion recommendations at your destination.
